Document Imaging Training WorkshopsDocument Management Technologies Are you beginning to plan for a document management project and need help defining and understanding the different technologies and which one is correct for your project. Do you need document imaging, document management, records management, enterprise content management, workflow or all of the above. This fast-paced intensive 3/4-day workshop will help you to understand the different EDMS technologies available and how they may apply to your project. After the session, there is time for one-on-one questions, application walkthroughs, and other related activities. This workshop provides you with a basic overview of each technology and how that technology is most effectively used. Included in the exercises will be developing project goals, critical success factors, and project objectives for potential projects. This interactive workshop will get your team organized and started on the correct path. Sample paper documents, electronic documents, and other materials will be reviewed. You will be encouraged to provide example documents from your business applications. Prerequisite: There are no prerequisites for this workshop. Price: $1500 + expenses. Given at your facilities. No limit on attendees. Developing a Document Management RFP The RFP is the foundation for a successful project. A clearly written and properly organized RFP establishes technical goals, communicates administrative and financial expectations, and sets the tone for good communication and a productive relationship between customer and supplier. This experienced-based workshop offers a systematic, comprehensive, and professional approach to writing document management RFPs. It guides you step-by-step through the RFP process, from initial planning through selecting the winning proposal. Prerequisite: This workshop assumes you have already selected a business application as a project and have done some of the preliminary application analysis work.
